youtube.upload・youtube.readonly・yt-analytics.readonlyの 3 つだけで、これ以上の権限(収益の閲覧やチャンネルの編集を含む)は要求しません。
Google

About this application
Jewelry Sunflower Channel Ops (the "Tool") is an internal operations tool used by its operator to manage YouTube channels that the operator owns. It is not offered to third parties as a service.
Information we access
For Google accounts that the operator has explicitly authorized, the Tool accesses:
- YouTube channel identifiers (channel ID and channel name)
- Video metadata (title, description, privacy status)
- Aggregate statistics for the operator's own channels (YouTube Analytics: views, watch time, average view duration, likes, comments, shares, subscribers gained/lost; per day and per video). These contain no information that identifies individual viewers. Revenue data is not accessed.
How we use it
- Publishing videos to channels owned by the operator
- Verifying that published content matches what was approved by a human
- Letting the operator review the performance of their own channels in the admin console to inform future production decisions
Storage
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted, never in plaintext.
- Encryption keys are isolated per channel.
- Google account passwords are never collected or stored.
Data protection
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of Google user data. The Tool is operated by a single operator and has no publicly reachable interface.
- Encryption in transit: all communication with Google APIs is performed over TLS (HTTPS).
- Encryption at rest: OAuth refresh tokens are stored using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. Encryption keys are isolated per channel and kept separately from the ciphertext.
-
Access control: the admin console is not public and
requires password authentication. We request only three scopes
(
youtube.upload,youtube.readonlyandyt-analytics.readonly) and no others (no revenue access, no channel editing). - Separation of privileges: the environment that renders videos never receives credentials; only the publishing step handles them.
- Logging: we record error categories only. Credentials and message bodies are never written to logs, and secret values are masked on every output path.
- Audit records: creation, use and deletion of credentials are recorded in an audit log that never contains the credentials themselves.
- Incident response: if a credential is suspected to be exposed, we revoke the affected grant immediately, destroy the encryption key and re-issue.
Retention and deletion
- Credentials are retained only while a connection exists and are deleted when the connection is disconnected.
- Operational records (audit log, job history) are retained so that the history of what was published can be reviewed. They contain no credentials.
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below; we will verify the request and delete it.
Sharing
We do not provide any retrieved information to third parties, and we do not sell it to data brokers or information resellers.
Deletion
- The operator can disconnect at any time; stored credentials are deleted upon disconnection.
- Access can also be revoked from the Google account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- When a channel is transferred to a third party, the transfer is considered complete only after stored credentials have been confirmed deleted.
Limited Use of Google user data
The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we do not use the data for:
- advertising, including targeted, personalised or retargeted ads
- selling to data brokers or information resellers
- determining credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
- training AI or machine-learning models
- human review of the content by anyone other than the operator, except where required by law
